Employed by Intel Corporation for over 35 years, and co-owner and financier of past family retail businesses, I now have my own private personal and business coaching practice. I work with individuals, executives and organizations by providing an array of coaching, consulting and training services to help them succeed. And they accomplish their goals much faster and more successfully than they would on their own.
I’m deeply committed to the coaching process and my clients. My warm and inviting style opens a genuine space for candid conversation. This opens the door for a creative and highly energetic engagement.
My success in leading others in both tactical and strategic projects and programs gives me the background to understand the needs of individuals and managers in both managing their lives or leading their teams while continuously improving themselves.
Coaching Approach
My goal is to first guide you to a fresh perspective about your situation, and then guide you to overcome barriers or blind-spots that have blocked you from achieving your desired outcomes.
I use a holistic coaching approach combining cognitive, analytic, somatic and intuitive skills. I occasionally supplement the coaching program with self-assessment tools such as peer 360 interviews, Strengths Builders, Meyer-Briggs or the Enneagram. These aid in deepening my understanding of you and building powerful practices and exercises tailored to your personal needs.
Ultimately I want to leave you with the competence and tools to successfully accomplish opportunities and challenges on your own. Outcomes from our relationship are increased performance, productivity, life/work balance, improved relationships and joy. You will be able to unleash new passion for your work and your life.
Education
I hold an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International Coach Federation (ICF).
I completed my coach training through the elite New Ventures West’s (an ICF accredited coaching program) Professional Coaching Course certification and earned the designation “Integral Coach©”. I’ve also completed Coach Inc.’s Personal Foundations coaching program.
I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance.
